Kimberly Pikul is the founder and principal attorney with Pikul Law. Raised in the United States, Kimberly has lived and worked in Russia and Thailand and spent summers abroad in England and France. She began her work in immigration law representing Russians seeking refugee status to the U.S. She then represented Burmese asylum seekers and refugees adjusting their status to that of permanent residents. In 2005, she became Chief Counsel of the Immigration and Human Rights Program with the Center for Multicultural Human Services in Northern Virginia where she focused on family reunification and humanitarian based immigration law. Ms. Pikul moved to the Bay Area in 2010 and prior to beginning Pikul Law, worked for Simmons and Ungar, LLP practicing in all areas of employment based immigration. Her work with Pikul Law has focused on marriage-based adjustments; U-visas; J-1 waivers; O, H-1B, TN, E-3 and treaty investment visas; and, employment based immigration cases including PERM, NIW, and extraordinary ability cases.
